Transfer: Find a new club – Mourinho tells Real Madrid player

Daily Post about 3 hours 1 mins read

Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho, has told Raul Asencio to find a new club ahead of the new season.

According to AS editor, Jose Felix Diaz, Mourinho met with the defender and informed him that he will not get playing time under him.

Asencio’s agent, Jorge Mendes, is now trying to find a new club for the 23-year-old.

Despite Madrid also being open to his departure, there has been no concrete offer on the table so far.

The situation is even more complicated because of Asencio’s current thigh injury.

His fitness issue has slowed down any immediate transfer movements, leaving both Real Madrid and Asencio’s agents waiting for the right opportunity to emerge.
