Transfer: Chelsea sign Osborne from Hearts

Chelsea have confirmed the signing of Alfie Osborne from Scottish side, Hearts.

The Blues disclosed this in a statement on their website on Wednesday.

Osborne has signed a contract with Chelsea that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2030.

He previously captained Hearts’ Under-18 side to victory in the Scottish FA Youth Cup final.

The defender also made 28 appearances for Hearts B in the Lowland Football League.

He represented Scotland several times at youth level and also captained his country during the qualifying round for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship.
